Classes and Term Schedule

Our yoga classes run in 6‑week terms, starting the week of Monday, May 11, 2026. Classes continue through the year in a series of consecutive terms, giving you a steady rhythm for practice and planning. You can choose to attend once per week or twice per week throughout the term.

Tuesday

  • 7:15–8:00 a.m. — Basics, Online Only

  • 4:00–5:00 p.m. — Minor Ailments

  • 5:30–7:00 p.m. — Experienced Yoga

Wednesday

  • 9:30–11:00 a.m. — All Levels

Thursday

  • 7:15–8:00 a.m. — Basics, Online Only

  • 4:00–5:00 p.m. — Minor Ailments

  • 5:30–7:00 p.m. — Experienced Yoga

Saturday

  • 9:00–10:30 a.m. — All Levels Class

Term dates for 2026*

Each term runs for 6 weeks, with the next term starting immediately after the previous one finishes. 

  • Term 1: Week of May 11 – end of June 15

  • Term 2: Week of June 16 – end of July 21

  • Term 3: Week of July 22 – end of August 25

  • Term 4: Week of August 26 – end of October 3

  • Term 5: Week of October 4 – end of November 7

  • Term 6: Week of November 8 – end of December 15

Class Schedule by Level

Beginners: Basics (Online Only)

Accessible practices for anyone new to yoga or returning after a break. Held online only, so you can join from home. Zoom link will be emailed. 

  • Tuesday 7:15–8:00 a.m.

  • Thursday 7:15–8:00 a.m.

Minor Ailments

Designed for students working with minor aches, stiffness, or mobility concerns. This is our most specialized class and capped at 6 students. 

  • Tuesday 4:00–5:00 p.m.

  • Thursday 4:00–5:00 p.m.

All Levels 

A welcoming class that can be adjusted for different experience levels, with a focus on smooth flow and steady pacing.

  • Wednesday 9:30–11:00 a.m.

  • Saturday 9:00–10:30 a.m.

Intermediate / Experienced

Better‑suited for students with some prior yoga experience who are ready to include inversions (or alternatives), more stillness, and have an introduction to philosophy and pranayama (breathing practices)

  • Tuesday 5:30–7:00 p.m.

  • Thursday 5:30–7:00 p.m.

Pricing

All pricing is based on 6‑week terms, with the option to attend once per week or twice per week. Extra classes can be added for a reduced drop in fee.

Online Only – Basics

  • Once per week: $60 for 6 weeks

  • Twice per week: $100 for 6 weeks

  • Drop‑in: $15

In‑Studio Classes (All Levels, Intermediate, Minor Ailments, Saturday)

  • Once per week: $15 per class

  • Twice per week: 15% discount on the 6‑week total

  • Drop‑in: $25

Payment

Payment is accepted by cash or e‑transfer.
