Whether you're joining us in-studio or online, we are dedicated to creating a curriculum for authentic yoga that strengthens the body, refines flexibility, enhances balance, and fosters overall well-being.
Our Spring Term is divided into two parts:

We are excited to offer new hybrid class options with Charles—giving you the flexibility to attend classes live online or in-studio.

Online classes with Lisa Lelliott:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8-9:30 AM.
Monday is Pranayama and Wednesday/ Friday are Intermediate. These classes are suitable for folks with some Iyengar Yoga experience these classes are run by Lisa and include a separate payment process.
Class Descriptions:
Beginners & Beyond: A class for new students looking to build a strong foundation and experienced students looking to refine their basics. Online students need access to a wall.
Healthy Aging: Designed for mature, active adults focusing on balance, flexibility, and strength. This class builds stamina and supports the joints through slow, intentional movement. Beginners welcome.
Intermediate: A mixed-level class exploring fundamentals with opportunities to deepen practice. Online students must know how to set up for shoulder stand or an alternative.
Advanced: For experienced students looking to refine their practice with inversions, balancing postures, forward bends, backbends, and pranayama. Includes a 15-minute philosophy discussion before class. Online students need a wall, shoulder stand setup, and a backless yoga chair.
Breath and Restpre: A breathwork-focused class suitable for all levels of students. Props required for supported savasana (bolster and blanket).
Knee and Lower Back Care: Specialized small group programming for folks dealing with current or chronic knee or lower back pain. Classes will offer individualized attention and custom modifications to help you manage your pain and feel better.
Neck and Shoulder: Specialized small group programming for folks dealing with current or chronic neck and shoulder pain. Classes will offer individualized attention and custom modifications to help you manage your pain and feel better.
